Is there a TIP guide list that someone can provide or bump for me?

For EVERYONE on the Wedding day.......I want to make sure noone is missed or skipped.

Who to tip?
How much %?

Some of my vendors that will be working the day of are owners of their company, its necessary to tip them as well, right?

And their assistants?
Who gets more? Owners or assistants?

It amazes me that after all we have to spend, we have to tip too....
