Is there anything about your wedding that you are keeping a secret from anyone?

I'm just curious because I've shared almost all of my details to anyone who was willing to listen. And when FH and I were deciding on a first dance song it occurred to me that nothing is going to be a surprise to most guests... and that's why we decided not to tell anyone what our first dance song is. It's a small secret, I know, but it's something for us to know for now.

Any secret wedding suprises?

we have some secrets too that only FH and I know about (and my best friend knows most of them too but thats it ) its nothing crazy, but its just things that i think are cute and very 'us'

there was a secret that was kept from me and DH!!! my uncle changed into an elvis costume half way through the reception & cameout & sang 'thats amore'.... EVERYONE knew about it except for us... even BP knew about it!!!

LOL well we didnt MEAN to keep secrets but apparently no one listens to us and was shocked by so much stuff that we told them

Our first dance was the same as his parents'. We have talked about it, listened to the song together, cried about it,laughed about it, fought about it - ok i am going overboard but you get the point. The day of the wedding his mom said it was sucha beautiful surprise that we had the same song.

We've changed our entrance song and that will be a suprise. I am also going to try to get a grooms cake and suprise FH, but i'm not sure yet.

We're getting married on his parents 35th wedding anniversary and plan on playing their wedding song for them to dance to. It was actually my mom's idea!

well i dont think anyone knows our first dance song...but thats just because i dont really go around telling people. but i tell everyone pretty much all of the other details.

except only my immediate family- my siblings and parents and FH's sibling and parents/grandma know that FH is wearing his uniform to the church and then after the church we have the sword detail outside where we walk under the Marines holding the swords. So I am guessing that will be a surprise to many.

i have a big mouth and can't keep a secret, but no one knows that we are doing menus!

The only thing I didnt tell people was that I was seeing DH before the ceremony. I just felt that no one needed to know that but me, DH and the bridal party!

I do wish that I kept my dress and hair a secret. I ended up showing alot of people pictures of my dress and hair trial and my mom showed EVERYONE pictures that came over our house. oh well.

we had the lady that imitates Celia Cruz( hispanic singer)
she was greatn she is supposed to be the other Celia Cruz.

we are doing a special 'sibling dance' with a photo montage in the background.

we aren't telling them exactly what it is until the day of... about 10 mins before.

well i didnt tell DH or anybody actually about the wedding movie trailer our videographer played at the wedding. Dh had no clue at first when the dj was announcing that our videographer had a surprise for us.

we tried to keep a lot a surprise...but its not working out toooooo well

the photo montage, and the pics of day replayed at the wedding

and our martini bar..it was a huge hit!

People know bits and pieces but everything is pretty much going to be surprise, right down to the ice cream wedding cake!

A little nervous about it, am starting to think I should ran it by a few of the guests just to see reactions and make sure its not too nuts, but I'm really tried and day is coming, I just can't worry about details.

wait what are you nervous about? the ice cream cake, if so dont even worry about that, its perfectly fine and not too nuts at all. Or are you talking about other things lol
