I dont think theres a need for it but we're doing it because I think it adds elegance to your reception and have you ever been to a wedding were either your waiter or waitress didn't speak the same language or the dj was sooooo loud you couldn't understand what your waiter was saying I've been to both and I think it helps the waiter out and keeps the guests from getting frustrated. JMO
Exactly what I would say. And I think it helps for the guests to decide what they will be having ahead of time. I have appreciated the menus to the weddings I've been to. It adds a personal, elegant touch.

Not at all...It's just becomemore popular in the past few years. I've only been to one wedding that had them.

there is no need because guests really only have a choice of one or another. i'm having them printed because it's a nice detail, but you can very easily make your own.

I didn't do them 'cause I ran out of time.
Most weddings I go to don'y have them and trust me - I've been to a lot of weddings in the last few years!

My hall provided them but I would have printed them anyway because there were 6 choices and sometimes some details about the sides really can sway my meal choice.

I've never been to a wedding that had them...not that I remember. I think I am going to have them for mine. I think it is a nice touch...I am sure I will be cursing myself as I make them because I bet it is a lot of work too
