Is this a good price for programs? Updated - new question at the bottom

I went to a LIW vendor to potentially have my programs printed. I wanted a simple, ivory, booklet-style program.

They quoted me $250 for 100, and almost six weeks to print (which means I need to order them ASAP). What do you think?

ETA: I'll take any vendor recommendations!

i havent looked into programs yet
(still working on invites)
but where we are getting invites, she will discount all other wedding paper stuff like programs and placecards etc....

i think that sounds a bit pricey....
