Is this a lot of $$$

for invitations?

75 - Mia Folded Invitation Sets. Cover in Kunzite (Light Lavender) Metallic, Invite, Reply card and Front Tag printed on Crest White and backed in Amethyst Metallic. Ribbon Belly Band in Tropical Lilac. Outer and Return envelopes in your choice of Crest White or Kunzite Metallic.
$6.75 each x 75 = $506.25

* If you want to add the Swarovski crystal to the front tag this is an additional .25 cents, So the invites would be $7.00 each

75 - Accommodation Cards
.85 each x 75 = $63.75

75 - Direction Cards
.85 each x 75 = $63.75

75 - Return address printing on Reply envelopes .35 x 75 = $26.25
75 - Return address printed on Back flap of Outer envelope .35 x 75 = $26.25
75 - Guest Address printing on Outer envelope .50 x 75 = $37.50

=$723.75

Shipping $25.00

Total: $748.75

The woman also reccomends that I purchase another 10 for just in case.

How much are you guys spending for invitations?

i am not exactly certain what a mia folded invite looks like, but considering there is a belly band on it, i would say it is a substantial invite and the price seems pretty good from what i have seen.
I was quoted about $600 for a plain layered card with all the addressing etc which is why i would say you are ore for the money.

I think the seller just names her invites so Mia is just the name.

I attached a picture below, it's a little dark but you can get the idea...sort of :)

its a little less than $10 per invite

does your RH have direction cards you can include to cut the cost a little? that would be my only suggestion

My RH does do that but I'm afraid the font, paper and size will be different than my actual invitation. The direction and accom. cards will be going behind the RSVP cards under the satin belt.

even though I have the person who's doing my invites, she hasn't done them yet, but according to what I've heard on the boards $700+ for 75 invites it's pricey

i think that $10/invite is expensive!! but it depends how important that is to you

ive seen similar stuff for around $7.50 each

i didnt want to spend more than $5/invite, and i found some great invites by customizing ours by taking different feautures from standard invites

def saved us money and it was just the look i wanted....pocketfold, layered invite, raised printing, tab closure, with crystal embellishment ...got it for around $4/invite

went to sweet nut hut. they were great to work work. and did the assembly ourselves

it really just depends your priorities

if you are using 'HER' for your invites....
generally speaking, your invites are way more expensive. you can get 75 invites for way cheaper anywhere else. but it depends on what you want them to look like and how much you are willing to spend.

have you looked around togother sites to see if theyhave anything similar so that you can compare the prices?

I've looked around and I purchased this sample off of Etsy.com because I thought their vendors would be cheaper but majority of everyone is saying it's a lot of $$ to spend on invites.

Maybe I'll keep looking around.

I didn't see anything about reception cards in that quote...I'm assuming those are included?
I do think that price is a bit much for 75 invites. I researched ETSY a lot for invites and found that 'HER' invites were the most affordable bang for your buck. I have a picture of the invite in my album.
