Is this a reasonable quote

Is this a reasonable quote

Hi girls, a follow up to my transportation quote. I contacted a limousine company in Stonybrook and since I am not getting married at a church, I do not need to get the wedding package. The man I spoke to recommended getting a limo for the whole day this way they can take the bridal party where we need to go and also shuttle our guests from the hotel to the reception hall and then back to the hotel at the end of the night. He quoted me 1,150 including gratuities for 9 hours (4pm-1am) with 2 10 person limos. Does that sound about right? It is lower than all of the other quotes.

TIA

That actually sounds really low. Make sure there are no 'hidden fees' or fees per trip, etc. Otherwise, yes, that's awesome.

sounds reasonable to me. My limo is $600 for a 14 passenger excursion for 3 hours. Your quote sounds really reasonable to me.

It sounds like a great quote. Double check about gratuities, (do they expect 15% or 20%)add'l charges for going mulitple locations, how many trips to shuttle guests they are willing to make (since the limo only holds 10), and what the charge is for overtime, and when OT starts (immediately, or after 15 minutes).

As far as he told me, the fee is based on 55 per hour plus 20% so that is (55X9 hours = 495 X 20% = 595 for each limo)

He said they would make as many trips as necessary. They are mine for the whole 9 hours. I guess going with this logic, there would be no overtime, does that make sense. I will have to ask him a few more questions. Thanks for all your help girls
