I have been trying to figure out what to get FH as a gift for our wedding. There are not many things he is passionate besides cooking and cars (and me and our dog of course) He loves cooking (he's a chef) but there is nothing really I can do with that since he went to culinary school and everything. He just got a new mustang last year and has a lot he wants to do to it but I dont want to just get him a gift certificate for it. And the things he wants to do to it cost over 6k plus labor. He plans on doing the stuff with a friend. Lately I have been seeing mustangs from the 60's and 70's for sale for around 4k. He's have to do stuff to them but it would be something he would LOVE DOING. Is that a good idea? I am not sure if it is possible but I am sure if I get a waitressing job on the side I can defiantely swing it. I want to get him something special! He is already talking about give the mustang we have now to our son when he turns 18. (uuummm we dont have kids and I'm not pregnant) Hes a muscle car head and its the only thing I can think of that he would truly realllllllllly love. What do you ladies think?

No not at all. If you know he really will love it and you can swing it, I would say do it. My FH is really into hunting, I know a lot of people have issues with it and I did at first too, but as I got to know him and understand the sport a little bit better, I actually love that he loves it because he is so passionate about it. I ended up buying him a $1400 rifle that he has wanted for soo long for fathers day. He really really wanted it and it made him happy. It made him happy, and it made me happy to make him happy. I say do it if you can!

I want to get FH a 69 camaro and have my dad teach him to work on it. Too bad theyre so expensive that i couldnt get a burned out shell for 4k.
