I am 90% sure we are doing a donation as far as favors for the wedding, as most of you know FH suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury 3 years ago and we were going to make our donation to the Traumatic Brain Injury association since that cause is dear to us.

Sooo I was surfing the web and I found a website that makes custom wristbands (liek the 'live strong' ones) and I could have them made up to say

Traumatic Brain Injury Awareness (on one side) and Matthew and Shauna 08/27/2010 (on the other).

I was thinking of printing a scroll for each plac setting and enclosing the wristband inside the scroll. To add to the special-ness of it. The TBI awareness color is Kelly Green, Matt's FAVORITE color and he keeps asking to incorporate it some way. Buuuttt our color are Fuschia Black and White sooo Kelly Green doesnt quite go. Although this would work.

What does everyone think? I like the idea of a donation and also want something people can take home too. They are under a $1.00 each so it's not an expensive little extra.

I think its a great idea!! We are doin donations as well ..those wrist bands sound awesome.. def go for it:!)

I think that's so cool!! And the kelly green makes me think of Tori Spelling and her show. I watched it last night randomly and her book release was all about that color hahaha.

I think its a wonderful idea. TBI is near to my heart also. I worked for a number of years at the TBI unit at Jamaica Hospital and was amazed of the progress alot of the TBI patients made. If I didnt get a city job I probably would still be at Jamaica to this day.
