Is this happening to anyone else?

A month from today I will be 30! I've had pretty great skin my whole life. This past month I've broken out in so many pimples on my face. They are the worst, under the skin kind. I wanna cry. My body has always reacted to stress in the past with a tummy ache, but that's it. And, I don't even feel stressed... Just extra emotional.

IDK... Just wanted to see if anyone else is going through anything similar where you're noticing not regular changes in yourself...

Sigh.

I'm getting crazy cystic acne on the bottom parts of my chin...which i havent gotten in a really long time.....like maybe 4 years??

IDK if its too much going on thats making me crazy b ut I was just saying today ***--time for me to go to the dermatologist

YESSS.... I used to be the same with getting a stomach ache when stressed. Now it's pimples and a GRAY strand of hair that pops up in the same spot that I keep pulling out. And I also don't feel stressed it just might be from all the changes and even the excitement of everything. And also part of aging which unfortunately is inevitable

I am not experiencing this, but its prob bc of stress - just relax and breatheeee we all have plenty of time! Are you sure you haven't eaten anything/changed up your routine/products recently? I know I personally have ultra sensitive skin and need all hypoallergenic blah blah and if I use something else in a pinch I totallyyy regret it LOL! Good luck at the derm, I'm sure it will be fine!

no acne here...but i did find 2 gray hairs on my head! and im not even 30 yet LOL

def drink lots of water and clean your face before you go to sleep....did you change makeup? could be that too (in addition to stress)......oh yeah, and whatever you do, dont touch your face with your fingers b/c we have so much germs on them.

crashing, but the SAME exact thing happened to me. I just turned 30 in Feb, and I never had a pimple in my life, then all of a sudden about 6 months ago I started to get acne and dermatitis. I was on antibiotics for the dermatitis, and that helped a little, but I have to go to the dermo for the acne before the wedding. Just wanted to let you know you're not alone!

if that doesn't work, maybe try proactiv?

stressing out doesn't help and its hard not to stress when planning a wedding.. it stinks!!
