Is this ok?

I'm getting married in the summer, the ceremony will be at a church and the reception is at sunset harbour, which is on the water. I do not want to have flower centerpieces, do you ladies think it is ok to have centerpieces that are filled with sand shells, and maybe rose petals with little candles surounding them? I am asking if this is ok since I'm not getting married on a beach. My colors are sage green a gold champange color pale pink accents, I know that it could look really pretty, but I just wanted to make sure I could do a beachy centerpiece since I'm not getting married on a beach. TIA ladies, sorry if this rambled!

I think it's fine. Do what you like. I'm not having an outdoor ceremony but I'm having silk fans. And I'm sure this will save you lots of money.

OMG that sounds sooo pretty. I would put the petals around the CP with the candles. It would give it a nice romantic look

Im doing that!
The truth is i have severe allergies and used to have to avoid CHURCH around holidays or my face would swell. So, its a NO FLOWER policy for me lol

But we are having chrome pillars with sand castles around them , and everyone thinks its a good idea... its different....
