we had almost the same exact wording for our invites, you can check them out in my community album. we also have a 12:00 ceremony and put down 11:30 on the invites.

yes, 11:30 at least (half past eleven will sound better) ....we also put 11 for 11:30 ceremony...advised by our hall.

Sounds great! I would go with an earlier time too. It will give late comers a chance to settle.
