Ok, so I know exactly which invites I am going to get and went and priced them last night.
The lady was like You have plenty of time, BUT if we order them on 7/8 (FH is going away next week and that will really be the next day we can go together) and then get a proof the following week. Say we have to change some things and we get our final proof on say 7/20. We then place the order and it comes in the following week (early August) we then have to count the invites and make sure everything is there.
If we want a calligrapher to address them, they need 2-3 weeks which would be end of August when we get them back and then I have to stuff, and mail.
Am I leaving myself enough time to have them out by the day after Labor Day without driving myself crazy?
sorry so long
TIA

You should be fine. Even if they went out a little after Labor Day, you are still leaving your guests plenty of time. 6-8 weeks is the recommended timeframe. I think I gave mine around 10. You should be okay either way.

Thanks All. I was having a slight anxiety attack over this.

I think the sooner the better. Order it now and you won't have to worry about timing.

you'll probably be fine, but I can understand why you would be nervous.
