they have bridal garters that have a silk pouch that carries a flask..... could you imagine having to walk around with that under your dress and then having to get up under your dress to pull it out??

Personally I find it to be tacky and low class but to play devils advocate, it may make sense for a bride whose groom is a big drinker and always carries a flask or something. It would be a nice surprise for him as he gets her garter...
now that I'm thinking about it, it may be funny for the groom to go under the dress for the garter and come up with a drink!
