Is this reasonable?

I was priced for flowers as follows:

$1350 - low centerpieces on glass square vase with roses, Lisianthus and heather for 12 tables, candles on table, and flowers for whole bridal party(1 maid of Honor, 1 matron of honer, 2 junior bridemaids, 6 flower girls, corsages for the mothers, butonierres (sp?) for 2 best men, 1 usher and 1 ring bearer.

$1000 - for low centerpieces on round bowl with dozen - dozen and 1/2 Roses (any color), any roses for everyone I mentioned above

$695 - no centerpieces - just the everyone mentioned above.

Please tell me what you think?

In your experience shopping around does this sound expensive, need honest opinions.....in my mind it is but then again that's because I'm on a serious budget.

I think that sounds like a good price.

Thanks.......do you think I'm dreaming to expect to pay 1000 or less on everything?

Those prices sound low. It can be done though! Roses re the least expensive so stick with those and go get some quotes!

speaking as someone on a budget and from what I've heard / seen...paying less than $1K is not reasonable unless you cut out the centerpieces - especially with 12 tables.

The package you mentioned above seems like a great price.

That sounds like a great price! Just be sure to have it specified in your contract how many of each flower they're going to put into each CP or bouquet.

sounds like a good price to me, i think under a 1000 you will have to cut out CP or do candle CP instead, which can be very nice!

I got 14 quotes for 13 tables, 1 bride, 1 MOH, 2 BM, 1 FG, 10 bouts, 2 corsages. The closest quote to yours that I got was $1450 (but that florist, I have since found out is filing for bankruptcy), and I specifically said I do NOT want roses (which are inexpensive).
