This is what we have for reception card wording right now...

Cocktails, dinner, and dancing
at half past time o’clock in the evening

Everything looks good but I don't think you need to add the RSVP at the bottom.

Sounds good... Ours was similar, we had:
reception, dinner and dancing
also are you doing a separate RSVP card? why do you have RSVP at the bottom?

Pre-cocktail hour 5:30 p.m.
Cocktail hour 6:00 p.m.
with dinner and dancing
