I was thinking of dedicating the song 'Because you loved me' to my mom and sister because I am extremely close with them. I feel like since I'm dancing with my dad who I am not close with, I should be doing something for my mom too Is this silly or too cheesey? Please be honest.

not all ive seen many weddings that brides dance with their moms or another relative....me and my father arent that close either so im dancing with my brother whos my best friend

I dont think its cheesy at all. I didnt even think to dedicate a song to my mom. I think thats a perfect song!!!

First off its not cheesy at all. In fact, I plan on dancing with both my dad and mom and secondly, that song is perfect for a daughter/mother song, my cousing danced with her mother on her wedding and everyone was crying!

I've seen that a lot! My friend's sister danced with her dad and then to 'wind beneath my wings' with her mom. It's not cheesy! It's done a lot! I think it's sweet

I think that is beautiful, if my mom was still alive, I would be dancing with her at my wedding. I think they will love it, and the song is a nice choice!
