I was thinking of dedicating the song 'Because you loved me' to my mom and sister because I am extremely close with them. I feel like since I'm dancing with my dad who I am not close with, I should be doing something for my mom too
Is this silly or too cheesey? Please be honest.

im actually dancing with my mom to that song. my father has never been in the picture (never met him) so my grandma whom i grew up with as my father is doing all the father roles, but i love my mom just as much and she means the world so she's my MOH and i'll be dancing with her

Not at all! I am using the same song to dance with my brother. I am also doing a dance with my dad.

Although I am dancing with my dad, I am very close with my mom and will be suprising her by dancing with her to that exact song.

Therefore, I definitely do not think it is cheesey. I think it's sweet and sentimental.
