So that's what, around $115 before tax and grat? It depends entirely on the hall, your minimum, the month, etc. You can certainly find cheaper places... but you could also find more expensive ones.

Including all the tax and gratuity along with a Vienese I think it's slightly higher than average. I really don't think you're going to find too many places that are that much lower for everything you're getting.

Other places we went to see were about 10 - 15 dollars cheaper (for 2013). I think the issue is that it is a summer month. Grrr...

flowerfield is one of the more expensive halls on LI
i think 115 for a summer night with VH is a good price actually
Im pretty sure flowerfield was more than that when I called for 2010/2011 dates
it depends on what kind of hall you want and what you want to spend
if you are comfortable with that number and are getting everything you want for that number than go for it
it is verrry hard to compare multiple halls to each other
just for the record, flowerfield supposedly has the best RH food out there...FH is in the wedding business and has eaten at many RHs and he always always says flowerfields has the best food on LI

I would never pay that much .....but summer wedding r too expensive ....I would rather save the money for a house or honeymoon

With the extra hour, VH and tax and gratuity it makes it more normal range.

You know when you buy a new car and want to feel like you are getting a 'good deal' .. that is how I feel. I have that bit of anxiety bc I am not that type of person to just spend that much money.
