is this too harsh? for my bm - they havent gotten measured yet

I decided on Thanksgiving weekend what dresses I want and where they are... Here we are a month later and two of my cousins havent gotten measured yet. Every week its a diff excuse. I thought they were going to go this sat or sun but they didnt. the owner of the boutique is leaving for greece for 3 weeks this wedn & this needs to be done YESTERDAY. I am reeallllllly tired of calling and asking (politely), texting and emailing them,,,
