i got an email saying my package is being rescheduled because of emergency conditions (i.e., weather)

When I just checked the tracking it says its out for delivery- but I didnt know if they were actually out delivering or if its just sitting on a truck somewhere

I saw the post office trucks so I assume UPS as well, it's still a business day after all...

I got postal delivery already- but usually UPS doesnt deliver till 4 or 5

o man, now im upset. where the heck is my package!!!

i ordered a cute BCBG dress...possibly for a wedding, or maybe RD, or if none, RETURNING IT
