Is video worth it?

Sorry to be the one to disagree, but it's up to the photographer you have signed with if you can bring in a out side video company. Some have it in your contract that you can only use their team, MINE DID. I could not even have zap photo's, and I had already signed my dj contract with that included 2 months before. I didn't find that out about the zap photo's until after the photo contract was signed also. I am only trying to give you ladies a heads up to make sure that your photographer will work with someone else. I understand that just because mine would not, others do, but I'm sure there are others out there like mine was.

My contract does say that my photog company does have the right to insist that they are the only photog crew there on that day. But what will they do, kick them out...? sounds silly to me. What did your photog say about your zap shots?

I don't know what he can do, I was only giving everyone a heads up about what might be in your contract. Mine stuck to what was in my contract, maybe yours won't. But it would suck if it was a problem on your wedding day. All I can say is give him a call, maybe he can give you a break on the price for a package deal. After all a contract is a contract.

pictures belong to the photogragher - dj did not bring the zap photographer after trying to work it out with him over the phone with me sitting there.
