with a colored shirt underneath too dreary for Caiden's Baptism? I can't seem to find anything else that I like. What do you think?

Re: Is wearing a black jacket and pants...
Being just a few weeks post-partum is one of the most difficult times I've ever known (in terms of getting dressed up and such...)
Based on that...my personal opinion would be to wear what you feel the most comfortable and confident in! The ONLY thing you should be concerned with wearing on Caiden's special day is a SMILE, Mommy!

I had this problem too, Melissa. I went shopping & found NOTHING that I liked. I just hate being this size. BUT, I did have my hair done & it helped me feel much better. So treat yourself to a little updo & you'll turn a casual outfit into something special! Good luck!

I agree....I thought I would need major therapy after trying to find something to wear. But I opted for a long, black velet skirt and a sweater set. It was fine. I still thinking shopping is near tramatic.

No, it's perfect. Black is always classic not dreary... You'll look great!
