Is Weight Watchers working?

Is Weight Watchers working?

My FI & I were going to go to WW tonight to join but I wanted to get your opinions on how difficult it is & if it works. I don't want anything drastic (like 10lbs in a week) but I do want to see results.

I'm thinking of pairing it up with Curves gym

If you pair it up with exercising, you should definitely see results...and I'm sure you will not lose 10 pounds in a week..maybe about 4 or so the first week, but not much more than that..Its very gradual, which is good, and really its not that hard!

It does work but you won't loose all 10 in one week. It is a gradual thing.

It does work. I did WW 2 yrs ago and lost about 30lbs in 12 weeks.

I started back up recently and after 2 weeks I have lost 8lbs. I do a lot of walking, mostly during my lunch hour. Some days, I will also do Denise Austin's show on Lifetime in the morning. Balance your meals, exercise and drink lots of water.

Good Luck!

Yes, it works.

I saw a former best friend last weekend and she couldn't stop kvelling over how skinny I was - the last time she saw me was 9 months and 25 pounds ago!

Ha ha ha.

Good to hear! I'm not a fan of the quick loss fad diets.

Thanks!

When I was on it, it was working.
I might go back on it.
