Is your DH/FH able to stay on the internet

all day long with the job he does? How many of you are proud of what your DH/FH's do for a living? How many wish they could change careers.

Well, I know that MY FH could not be on the internet all day. He works very hard, and I'm very proud of him. He's a go-getter and a working man!

My DH as well, although the few minutes he can spend while at work he is on a football website.....a manly site

no, my fh works outside all day, so he can't be on the internet.

Danielle works as a teacher...So she doesnt get to go on line at all during the day. I work in an office, and my job has been cut down alot since we switched bosses and transferred alot of our work to our other office. I am on line from 7-3. In january I will be out of a job....Everything is going to be automated....but hopefully by then I will find another job somewhere.

FH is a Chief Technology Officer, so he spends a great deal of time on the internet. He also just started his own business, in addition to his full time job, hiring out technology consultants. I am extremely proud of him, although I wish I had more time to spend with him, and I would say that he spends 90% of his day in front of a computer (his or someone else's), whether he's on the internet or not, or on the phone with someone regarding a computer issue.

I won't tell you what he's doing the other 10% of the time, but I can tell you this...it ain't always me!

I suddenly feel like I'm in the middle of a p*ssing contest - what an oddly put question. But I'll bite...

Chris is the Director of the IS/IT department in the company we both work in...so while he's on computers all day, he's only on the internet to research for troubleshooting or to keep up to date with the industry. He loves what he does for a living...he's a very smart worker and takes pride in what he accomplishes.

I am very proud of him - I'd be proud of him no matter what job he held so long as he was proud of himself and was doing what made him happy.

Rick is a construction worker and is very hard working

Mike ownes a construction company, so he doesn't have access to the computer during the day. He goes online for football info and whatnot. He trades players and stuff from some pool he is in. He will be on the cmoputer for 10 minutes and start complaining that his eyes hurt..lol. He would never last in an office staring at a computer all day long.

I am very proud of him. He is extremely intelligent and will some day build our HOUSE!!!...

DH is on a computer all day...but UNIX stuff...and they are understaffed so he doesn't have much time to go online

no mine is not on all day....he is a facilities manager and is barely at his desk!

edited to add , he is good at what he does, therefore I am proud of him
