I want to insure my ring but I am not sure how to go about it? Do any of you ladies have your ring insured and if so, how'd ya do it?

Yes you must insure, I dit it through my renters insurance.

Mine is insured through renters insurace. We used the same insurance company we use for our cars, Geico. I think it's about $250 for the year.

my aunt is going to kill me bc i lost the website for the insurance company she insures her rock with, its like 200+ a yr, i will get this wknd and post mon
scratch that i just checked with her and its the same one ChristineAaron08 used---Jewelers Mutual, I'm getting this done soon for some peace of mind...finally

wow i can actually help with something!! FH and I just got back from getting our homeowners insurance and we added on the ring...its costing $3 per hundred dollars the ring is worth according to the appraisal certificate....IMO i think its worth it!! plus its worldwide so in case anything happens to it on your HM youre covered...

My ring is insured under our homeowners insurance. I dont know how much its costing us though cause FH insured it before I ever knew he had the ring for me....

Honestly its not an expensive ring not that it bothers me but its not like some of you girls but he paid like an extra $50 for Kay's protection plan which states it will be replaced if it falls out and I am not really worried about theft and if i loose it then its my own stupidity. that and its not that much more money where i couldn't save up for a few months and replace it easily.
