Is your florist charging you for cake flowers or rose petals on tables? If so, how much more are they charging?

my florist isn't. he does such amazing work and will really REALLy workwithin your budget! They are Metro Floral Decoraters and are located in Queens and in LI we are using all high centerpieces, decorating the outside of my home, the church and using flower petals to throw outside the church and on the cake for a really low price. but are flowers are anything but cheap!

My florist wanted to charge $75 for a dozen roses for flowers for the cake, I told them FU they could keep their roses
P.S. in the end I hated my florist

Do you think having rose petals around my centerpiece (in album) would look nice? I just thought it may look like the petals from the roses are falling. Am I over-thinking this???!! lol

No thats what I plan on doing as well cant go wrong with rose petals. FBB is giving me those free along with cake flowers and a few other stuff.

My florist said she would include as many rose petals as I want .. they have to clean the roses anyway so they have a million petals left over.

Not the rose petals on the tables but yes for cake flowers. It's 95 but it's not the cost of the flowers that makes it high, but the waiting around for the cake to be delivered since the flowers get there so early.
eta: I did think it was high for cake flowers, but in the grand scheme of my quote I didn't think it was bad. My quote was great.
