Island Mobile Veterinary Services??

Has anyone ever used Island Mobile Veterinary Services???
My cat is an awful patient .. hates going in the car .. is not a fan of people other than hubby and I .. and he certainly does not care for strangers .. especially strangers (vets) that poke at him .. no matter how gentle they try to be.
Was thinking this might be a better solution .. to at least avoid the anxiety of him riding in the car.
