Isle runners with screen print ink??

I have spent a good amount of time making my own stencils and t-shirts. I wonder if i bought a simple isle runner from a craft store, would i be able to use screen printing ink on it?? Or any type of paint? I am not sure what kind of material the isle runner is made of so i dont know if it will stick to it..or bleed..can someone help me out?

Thank you!

I dont konw what screen printing ink is...My runner was paper with I guess I sealer on it...not sure what but it was sealed b/c it didnt rip so easy

I would just use a sharpie, I know of a bunch of girls who used a sharpie marker and it worked out perfectly, no bleeding of the lines

i don't see why it wouldn't work. i've silkscreened all kinds of stuff and it stuck. i can't see it not sticking to that.

I would call a screen printing company and see if they can do it. I beleive they can but I would call and find out for sure.
