ISO indoor space to take photos WITHOUT needing a permit

A friend of ours that used to work as a wedding photographer is going to take our STD pics. originally we planned on taking the pics in Oct, but things got hectic and w had to schedule it for after the holidays.
I wasn't thinking about how cold it will be, I don't like the cold and don't want pics of us bundled up in coats, hats and scarfs! plus I have this tank top I really want to wear that says lucky 13 on it and we r trying to find a t-shirt fh likes so we both r wearing one that says lucky 13 ( we r getting married on Fri the 13th so I thought it was cute) anyway I obviously can't wear a tank top outside in the winter lol. and since ny friends tech isn't a professional photographer I can't go somewhere where we need a permit!

Any suggestions? I'd like it to be a place not too crowded also. I have specific poses in mind that would b kinda silly with people watching!

No lol I'm never sure I always second guess everything! lol
we want our friends to get our STD back to back with our friends STD from Florida! our wedding is 2 weeks apart! i want to make sure everyone knows they have ti fly to fl for his wedding and then they have our 2wks later. I don't want anyone to have to choose bc they didn't have time to prepare for both. you know? that's the only train I'm not sure about waiting.
