Ive emailed the lady who makes the aisle runners twice because it says that you need to email for a price quote for an original design
well i still havent heard anything yet and Im getting upset
if you used MadeByE for your aisle runner - how did you get in contact?

She sometimes takes a while to get back to you, but she always does respond. Give her a liitle time. I haven't seen anyone else personalize runners.

I am using her and I agree - it does take a while for her to get back to you, but she does.

jen it's totally worth the wait! elle was great to work with and our runner came out EXACTLY how we wanted....

I am having the same problem - still no word after 2 e-mails. She is on vacation until 7/5/05 now though.

I'd give her a bit more time. A busy designer like this, is usually a very good sign

I was contacted with a price quote about a week ago but when I went to go an email her with an order, it said her email would be shut down until july 5th so im waiting till this week to put my order in
