Remember, take it slow. Don't try to do the whole tape the first time. Which version did you get?

I really need to get started on an exercise routine and I think a video is the way to go, b/c I can't see myself going to a gym right now. Let me know how you like the firm. Good luck!!

i bought the body system #3, i think. on qvc, it came with the step (which dh made fun of me for) and 5!!! dvds! total was about $63. now i have to do it!

It is a really good exercise program, you will like it...it's fun. I have been using the firm since 1997. I second the motion, don't do it all at once.
