Don't worry! I'm sure your bridal salon can use the seam allowance and it will fit! The same thing happened to me, and my dress fit perfectly for my wedding. Have faith!!

I hate to sound like a commercial... But I do slim fast. I have a shake in the morning with a piece of fruit. For lunch I have one of the slim fast bars with yogurt and for dinner I try to modify what I used to eat. If you are a carb addict like me.... Try whole wheat products (even pasta comes in wheat). Your body can break it down better than white bread and won't store into sugar or fat cells. Good luck!! You can do it! Just start walking a half hour a day. That is all you need!!!!!!

3 months is plenty of time!
Drinks TONS (and I do mean TONS) of water . . .
Slim Fast is a good opinion . . .but when I took it, I never had to go to the gas station cause I had enough to fill an 18 wheeler.
No fried foods . . .and try to change your diet to low to no carb. Lay off the bread, pasta, potatoes, and rice.
And try to get some walking done.
YOU CAN DO IT!!!!

Hi I know how you feel... it happened to me but my dress doesnt zip... I went for my fitting in Jan but I didnt have the right undergraments and I was getting my ... Period so when they put the dress on me I felt it was a little tight, I tried to hold back from crying... and they said you have time to loose weight.. They said I can come back in may for my next fitting... Now I have been thinking what if i dont loose enough weight to fit into my dress, I told the bridal salon to order more material... I'm also on the slimfast but I will be joining Curves for Women... Check it out....http://www.curvesinternational.com/

Re: It dosen't fit
This is my big fear! But what I started doing is no more soda, Less potatoes & I joined Curves! Which I should of done about 6 months ago!! I've been ok w/ the soda. I LOVE Curves!! And the potatoes what can I say I'm WEAK!!!
I also heard that if you do not eat anything 2 hours before you sleep it helps! (Some will say after 7:00pm)
I totally understand about the winter & the stress. I've been picking like crazy!!! But you have plenty of time. Just relax!! I am sure it & you will be perfect for your big day!!

Just a word of caution ladies! If you're taking an 'all natural' weight loss supplement, watch out for an ingredient called ephedra. It's what makes you lose weight by speeding up your metabolism (and everything else in your body). It can cause heart attacks and strokes! It's also called Ma Huang. So just be on the lookout for those ingredients before you take something. I'd rather be a few pounds over on my wedding day, than end up in the hospital! They are banning ephedra in Suffolk County soon, too.
Also FIs friend took a popular weight loss supplement. He lost a lot of weight and looks great, but ended up having to have his gallbladder removed. Doctor said it was related to what he was taking and a too rapid weight loss!

Re: It dosen't fit
Hey, you can do it!!!!! I lost over 100 pounds ( a few years ago).
Key thing: Go on a low fat, low carb diet. No carbs for dinner. I used to make grilled chicken and marinated portabello mushrooms for dinner. For lunch I would have tuna (with mayo) on LIGHT BREAD. For breakfast I would have some cottage cheese and cantelope or eggs. Good luck.
Sorry so long just trying to help. I used to be 240 pounds and now I am 130-135.

Not everyday - I switched it up a little with turkey burgers and such but I was just giving a general idea. I did eat a lot of chicken a mushrooms though.

Yummmmmm.
Adding my additional 2 cents....If you don't have a George Foreman grill, go out and get one TODAY! Turkey burgers take 3 minutes to make and they come out so good! Chix breast taste awesome too on the grill after marinating them in some low cal Italian dressing!
