Re: It dosen't fit

I agree with the low-carb diet. I went on the Sugarbusters diet a few years ago (you can get the book at Amazon.com), and lost so much weight I had to go off the diet and start eating carbs again! Basically it's no white bread or refined flour (wheat bread, wheat pasta are okay), and no refined sugar. Also no fruits or veggies that are high in sugar, like carrots. It really works.

the girls all have great ideas...and its so hard not to cheat...but now you have motivation...everytime you go for something that is not trimming...think of that wedding dress!!

also...don't worry about fittings...you can get it all done in well under 1 month...so take as much time as you can to lose the weight!!

good luck

Whenever I want to loose weight (and I comes off very, very fast as long as I am strict) I cut out all breads and pastas...and eat only fruits and veggies as my source of carbs. For each meal I have 15 grams of proten, 20 grams of carbs, and 6 grams of fat.

It works great!!! I have this whole nutrition chart a nutritionist gave me. If anyone wants more info, just FM me.

I also run every other day. This really gets those lbs off (if you have bad knees or something, walking is also great!)

Re: It dosen't fit

I have to plug weight watchers, have been on for 8 weeks and I lost almost 10 pounds...and I was so stuck before that I thought I would never weigh below my start weight. Three months is plenty of time! I found that eating more small meals works better for me than 3 large meals a day. I eat every three hours (3 medium meals and 3 snacks). Although it drives FH crazy when I pull food out of my pocketbook in the mall, its worth it to lose the weight I would also recommend lots of cardio and weight training, I have reshaped my body in 2 months, losing inches which will make a huge difference in how clothes (including your dress) fit. Dont worry, you have lots of time to make a body change. Come visit us on the slimdown board, the ladies over there have great recipies and suggestions! Good luck!

You can do it sweetie.. don't bum yourself out.. think of it as a test, a positive one.. take a breath and first of all, plan out all your meals.. if you want to lose weight fast I suggest that you eat all your carbs in the morning.. that doesn't mean eat ONLY carbs but try and stick to carbs and any fruits in the morning.. and stick to veggies and protein in the afternoon, noteating after 7: 30 are you working out? I suggest you beging doing cardio.. interval training is the BEST.. you'll burn more calories that way.. also drink alot of water and try to drink a glass of water before every meal, it'll make you fuller..

Good luck sweetie!

Good Luck...dont cut back on all carbs. There are good and bad carbs. All I can say is diet and exercise, and portion control.
