I went to try my dress on for the last time until the big day last night. The zipper was getting stuck at the middle point and one of my BM's was with me. She was trying, could not do it called the seamstress in and they both get it up. Now it is time to take the dress off, gets stuck again in the same spot. Both can not get it down, even called another seamstress in and still nothing. My BM broke her nail and then the seamstress cut her finger and BLOOD got on my dress!!!!!!
I almost fainted, but was pretty calm. She was holding the dress in her hand and I guess by reaction I literally pushed her across the dressing room away from me because her hand was bleeding and she was holding the dress . It was a pin drop, but she came back and cleaned it right in front of me and there is nothing there at all.
In the end, they had to cut the zipper and they have to replace it.
I am telling you it was a scene right out of a movie!!!

I totally would have freaked... not becuase I would be thinking 'oh no! My gown'... In reality it would be 'ohmigod, don't tell me I'm trapped in this giant white poof! I'm outa here (tear gown)!!! can you tell I'm no longer a girly girl?

Trust me - I totally feel you on this one. My seamstress stabbed herself right in a vein and left 4 giant streaks of blood on my dress. Luckily, it all came right off and looks fine. But man! I was pretty nervous until I saw the dress again.
OMG :shock: How Horrible!!! I'm glad everything worked out for both of you!
