Why are people so irresponsible??? I am about to go out of my mind, why do people have to be so difficult. I'm sending out the hounds tomorrow and some calls will be made.

Ours was a week ago too, and we're still waiting on 12 people (and this is only after my mom called another 18 to find out from them)
We also got an e-mail last night from FH's aunt (who originally responded Yes right after we sent the invites out) that said she can't come, and a No response in the mail today from FH's cousin who told us over the phone that he was coming...
People are ridiculous and it never ceases to amaze me how rude some of our family and friends are...

me too! My dad called a few people and they were nos and they acted all surprised that he called - like they didn't need to respond since they were Nos.

I just don't understand!!! some people are horrible.....if they know they are coming already just send it already for crying out loud its got a stamp already!!!!
