It is official....!!!

...we have a date AND a TEMPLE!!! Tonight, along with my mom, FH and I left a deposit at Temple Avodah in Oceanside. I am so excited! I always dreamed of a Temple wedding and reception.

I thank my family for being able to give that to us. I hope my father knows how much his hard work over the years made this all possible. As much as I try to be happy about my engagement and my plans, with each step I take, I think about the joy he would have received from watching his baby get married -and the fact that he won't see it happen kills me. He is still in hospice care and his condition is day to day. I make sure that every time I see him, I thank him and tell him I love him. Thats all I can do.

Awww Congratulations.....I'm so happy for you...what wondeful news!! Sounds like you will be having the wedding of your dreams

Thank you ladies. You all have been a great source of support for me during the past few months and it is truly appreciated from my heart. I am going to try my darndest to thank you in person at a GTG one day. I have an appointment on the 21st that I am going to try to move to an earlier time. Again I thank you. Every prayer helps.
