It is only October 18th and I am already in.....

Christmas Mode. I know, I know....so wrong. I bought a tree trim kit last week, and I started making my Xmas lists (of what I plan to buy people - haha) and thinking about Christmas dinner. This is the first year we will have Christmas in the new house, and the first year both families will celebrate Xmas day at our house. I am bursting with excitement.

Anyone else?

We are hoping to dress our pets up in the below and use their pic as our Xmas card. Haha. Too bad Molly hates Jack and Teemu, and Jack and Teemu can't sit together without wrestling.....

I just can't get into the Xmas spirit this year. No reason why, I just can't.

Will do. I was trying to find a grinch costume for Molly cause I know she will be all pisssy in the picture, but alas, I haven't been able to fine one.

I wanted to do Thanksgiving, but I chickened out. Our house is a little on the small side.

Max. The dog's name is Max. Little tidbit of information I keep around for times like these.

I'm in the same small boat as you, Naunie. I would've taken Thanksgiving but it's too many people. I'm also thinking of possibly doing Xmas Eve, it's a 'small' holiday I should be able to handle.

this, by the by, makes perfect sense why you are so excited.

we are debating about having people over. we will have something, but not sure of the scale yet.

I told the bomb that we may have to invest in a whole new set of plateware to accomodate large groups (everything I have is pretty much sets of 6)

I got formal china at my bridal show but I want to get this china when I move into the house

Funny you ask. We do have a set for 12 - BM just helped me set up the china cabinet. Ask tits - it's fancy.

I would like christmas china. I don't think I'm hosting though.

I also have these mugs, which are like my favorite thing ever. The little hats come off, or you can keep them on when you aren't drinking to keep your beverage warm.
