which curves did you join??? I go (um, i mean, i belong) to curves... I used to go all the time (i do really love it).. but i've been so busy with work lately, that i haven't gone all week! and only ONCE last week!! What is wrong with me?!?!?

At Applebees last night, Ihad a pina colada and I ordered something from the weight watchers menu. WHile a few people ordered dessert, i passed on it. It paid off....I lost 1.8 pounds. The gym is sure paying off, even though I get up early.lol

I sure have a sweet tooth that's why I didn't get dessert. I just had a taste of Flaca's last nite. There's a gym in the building at work(the company gym). Some mornings, I'm there at 7:45. Its not easy.

That is great Happy. I wish I could have not had dessert last night too, but no, I had to have fries, and dessert and beer. Oh well. Today was much better though.

I, on the other hand did have dessert!!! And I enjoyed it. Obviously I MADE Gail have a bite and I am glad you lost so I wont feel so guilty!!!

Congrats!!! My walnut 'allergy' kept me from eating too much of my blondie, but damn that ice cream on top was gooooodddd. Much better to lose the weight though!
