The BM dress that I posted a week ago or so that ALL my bms loved and were willing to go try on.... well I called almost every one of the places they list that are near me and NO ONE carries the sample for them to try on!!!! Im so upset b/c they wanted to go try it on this weekend and maybe order it.... all the places are willing to order it for me but the girls wont buy something they havent tried on first

Did you ask them if they can get the sample? If you tell them you have been calling all over to find this dress you and your bridal parties have your hearts set on (ie - order, hint hint ) maybe the salon will pick up the phone and get a sample for you?

thanks girls!!! I have tried that also ... they offer to order it if we buy it.. but the girls just wont do it without trying it on. I guess I will give and try to find another dress

I think I found the correct Mary's website, did you try the 800 number?

Call them and tell them to find you a sample in LI or the 5 boros. Sounds nuts, but I have and will call businesses to get them to do what I need and I don't give up till I get what want, lol. I will call them for you if you want. Just tell me the style number and I will get a sample!

Argh, wrong website...I found the correct one and am looking for a number that is not a retail location.

I found the style number on the website and I called the place by my house and she is going to call me back. You are in Queens, right? Hopefully she will have it. I will let you know. If she does not call me I will check when we go for ice cream later, lol.
I know what it is like to love and want something. My FI says I can be a 'tad' of a drama queen. Pfft...a tad.

I called them and offered to give them $$$ to send me a sample and then when I send it back they can send the $$ back and they wont do it!!!

They gave me the # of one of the stores that *might* have it but the girl was gone for the day and they will call me back tomorrow.

Argh, they don't have a sample. Is it last season or something? It was Versinage in Fresh Meadows...nice lady but dress.

think of it this way - it's only a ONE time LONG trip - if the dress is awesome, you can order it anywhere and everyone's happy. - if it's awful - oh well. - go for drinks after and make a night of it !!

This woman claims to have hundreds of Mary's Bridal samples...she refused to give out info over the phone. Told me I needed to come in and check it out. It's closer than CT or NJ

I've passed by this store and it looks like a small store front. Hard to imagine hundreds of dresses in there. But who knows. It's right on the corner of 97th St and Jamaica Ave across from the Cordon Bleu catering hall.

you girls are toooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sweet!!!! And I got my wedding dress from the commack wedding center so that was the first place I called lol. They can order it for me but they dont have the sample... I thought for sure they would have it... BUT on the brighter side Netbride sells the dress for $91!!!!! can you believe it?????? So I think I am going to order one in one of the bms size... pray to god they love it and then order the rest!!!!!! If it dosent look as great as I am hoping oh well one of the bms can keep it... heck one has to like it right??? and I will only be out $91 but have peace of mind that I tried my hardist!! Wish me luck girls!!!
