Italian girls, what does jusamagora mean?

I'm just looking at the lyrics from Dominick the Donkey because I can never understand what he's saying during this part. I'm pretty sure most of this stuff is slang. Ciuccianello or ciucc means donkey, but jusamagora??? Never heard of it......

Cumpare sing,
Cumpare su,
And dance 'sta tarantel.
When jusamagora comes to town,
And brings du ciuccianello.

I believe that has to be slang or a certain regional dialect perhaps? Because even my Dad (who speaks Italian well) has no idea what that means

Yeah, I looked online too and nothing so it must be slang. I'll have to ask my dad what it means since he told me about ciucc.

I also just remembered that the letter 'j' isn't in the Italian alphabet, so maybe it's spelled wrong.....
