Italy

Amalfi Coast- we stayed in Ravello at Palazzo Sasso. Amazing views and top notch all the way! It was a very small town and quiet too. It was easy to get around to any of the great places on the coast from there. They have a web site, due a search. We didn't rent a car anywhere because the drivers are CRAZY there and the roads are so small. For the same price we taxied everywhere. We did every kind of transportaion you could- plane, ferry, taxi, train, and private boat. Working your way down from Northern Italy would be great, just allow enough time at each location. If you let me know where you will be, I will give some good places to go.

Re: Italy

Heather That sounds wonderful - we are going in 11 days. We will stay in San Maragareta (sp?) for 3 days then on to Florence and Venice. Can you fill me in on the coast area attractions? Did you fly into Geneoa? How did you get to Ravello from the airport?
