eating a giant slim jim.

how gross is that? Gotta love the low-carb lifestyle.

hmmmm - baked clams! They were so good!

Also baked ziti and Tofurkey (I don't eat turkey, but LOVE Tofurkey)

so many good ones - I am still SO full from eating all weekend!

I like sliced tofurkey!

yey another Tofurkey lover! I am the only one in my family who will even touch it - everyone else won't even try it (I love it, and the gravy). I am planning to try un-Turkey next year though, to see how I like it!

hmm favorite dish

rainbow cookies (yes i didn make them)

baked clams (made these as well)

i pretty much ate everything this weekend

i gotta go on a crash diet for the next month just water and lettuce

Dessert!!! Probably the homemade cookies my SIL made (she's a dessert chef) including the rainbow ones and italian cookies.

Other than that, FH taking me to IHOP last night was good!!

simply the best...and my mom's 'gnocci' and homemade mushroom sauce...YUMMMM...I was feeling like a fat pig all weekend...but I LOVED it
