ITS A MIRACLE!!

Sooooo because of allllllllll the drama and FH finally standing up to FMIL to tell her that he was not happy with the way she handled everything and that he was really upset with how she handled it....FMIL got all offended and blah blah blah...and she's not coming!!! I don't have to see her until Christmas!!!!

In not as fun news she wrote a reaaaaally passive aggressive and guilt trippy email to FH, most of which was about how she really does want to have a relationship with me but how its impossible because she thinks I hate her AND FSD ...so I decided enough was enough and I wrote her a letter a la the letter I wrote to FSIL...except this one went a little more in depth about some issues I have with her, and about how I really feel like she has never even given me a chance.

I'm expecting a response on the level of maturity that the one from her daughter was....we shall see though...

sounds like she is very jealous of you. glad things worked out in your favor!

The good thing is that you dont have to see here till Christmas.
Hopefully her letter back to you will be a little more mature that FSIL.

Ilana- I feel so bad that you are going through this. But that goodness that she is 100's of miles away and you dont get to see her that often. I wouldnt even want to think of how it would be if she lived here in NY!

ooh boy, good luck! hopefully she's more mature than your fsil but even without knowing you personally, i can pretty much count on her being just like her daughter. but hey, it's great that she isn't coming! lol.

That's what she looks like in my nightmares!!!!! In reality she looks like a really unassuming, mild mannered woman in her late 50's. You would never guess she's really hard to deal with.
