Its almost official.....

After a long and grueling 2 year home search we have found our house and we have gone to contract and our mortgage is all set.

In another 30 days we will be homeowners. Unfortunately we won't be moving in until October (long story) but we have a house!!!!

It was so funny sitting at the table tonight with my parents discussing all the stuff we wanted to do. FH and I are out of control......the house is going to be so awesome when we're done.

Good thing FH is a landscaper and dad is a contractor - I'm a lucky girl LOL!

Thanks girls! Its exciting but at the same time when the mortgage guy worked the numbers I nearly fell off the chair!!!!

And I know what you mean about having contractors in the family - my FIL and BIL are both contractors...but beware - it usually means your last on the list if you're not paying!!!!!!
