It's come down to two (I think) Poll opinions please

Okay so were still concerned (like many of us) that some guests will think children are invited (they are not) and I've read about a bunch of different options. My FH is not a big fan for writing on the RSVP 'we've reserved __ places for you'

Sooo I've come up with two thoughts (they are similiar) and hope my liweddings brides can let me know if this will help me make sure that they guests aren't bringing children

(obviously I won't include children's names on the invite and will have to call any guests that think kids are invited). So here goes:

Option 1

Please RSVP by April 20, 2007

Number attending ___
Declines with regret ___

OR

Option 2

Please RSVP by April 20, 2007

___________________
Accepts with pleasure ___
Number attending ___
Declines with regret____

I like the first one...we did something similar to the second one and it caused a bit of chaos...some people made their check mark and then never read any further and left the number line blank...

Yeah I agree!

Keep 'Number Attending' in there... we did and it was so helpful!

Everyone (but a few people) filled it in.

ETA: Here is how ours looked...

I have a stupid question: Do you write the names of the people on the response card or do they do it for you?
