It's coming down!!!!!!

Couldn't believe my eyes!!!!!! My weight just dropped another pound!!!!! Well, I did walk a lot yesterday!!!! So, I'm down to 156, from 170!!!!!! Perhaps by the end of April, I can go get my MOB dress!!!!!! Mary MOB

PS Dieting is hard, but keeping the weight off, especially for diabetics, is harder!!!!!! Mary MOB
