Its getting to be really real now...

... I just called the place that is doing my hand calligraphy to set up an appointment. When I hung up the phone, all of a sudden everything seemed so real. Its not like its a big vendor in terms of money and commitment, but sometimes its the little touches that make you feel like its really happening. My invites are going out in less than 2 months!!!! I think the early '06ers may understand.

I'm a mid-06er and just seeing you early 06ers doing these things make me think 'holy cr@p this is really happening!!!!!!'

I can only imagine when it's actually my turn!!!

I know what you mean though.. i finally picked my centerpieces and could 'picture' everything and have been SO excited since then.

I cant imagine when I get my invites!

I feel you. My heart fluttered a little when I sent my guest address list to my invite company.

I'll be honest with you.. It still hasn't hit me yet Maybe its because I have been engaged for so long that, Im kind of used to this long wait.. I dont know. I guess once my shower comes and I start going for my 1st fittings, it will 'HIT' me. And when it does, Im sure it will hit me like a ton of bricks.

yes! it's hit me! i had my shower, i ordered my invites today... it's all coming up!

When I went to the showcase at WM last night with FH, we just looked at each other and both said it is really real now!

Even though I'm toward the end of the year I know what you mean. With each vendor contract it gets more real.
