Sometimes I just get tired of the BHB board. Im glad I can come here. I just wish it was busier here, ya know!

yeah, my sister and my cousin both live upstate so they will need to come down to new york sometime so we can pick the dresses... I also want my mom to come to help me pick out my dress, I am hoping that she can do it next month...

Im not sure if this is an option for you, but I know of a catholic church on long island that is VERY understanding of certain situations. Its in Seaford if your interested. FM me if you want more info.

The 05 board is more intimate. I like it here. It is up to us to make it busier. C'mon ladies!!!!

but i agree with Diva - the 05 board seems a bit more intimate as some us us have done GTG & more planned.

Anyhoo..... had this great debate with FH - we are writing our own vows & he asks me - are u going to put love honor& obey in yr vows... i said if you do...we had a friemdly 1/2 debate & decided that we BOTH will say it...

well, my family is Polish so I would like to find a Polish speaking priest... the ones that are around here I heard horrible stories about... we had civil ceremony already and catholic church doesnt recognize that you know and they look at it as mortal sin and I have heard some people had a hard time when they went to talk to a priest... thats why I am putting it off

My grandmother goes to a Polish church in Middle Village/Maspeth Queens. I will call her and ask the name if you are interested. FM if you need the info.

thank you so much we found one church close to us on metropolitan avenue, we will try and schedule app. to talk to a priest there... if that doesnt work out I will be sure to get that info from you
