I had my same usual boring whole wheat sandwich. But I'm meeting my friend for sushi at 3 and I will have a spicy tuna roll

Lean cuisine stuffed rigatoni and a chicken soup

And a whole carton of grape tomatoes...I have had a serious issue with tomatoes my entire life....but I guess there could be worse things!

I went to this cafe in Selden called Pro Portion. It has everything weight watcher friends. I had chicken salad on a whole wheat wrap and a fat free cookie with sprinkles.

That's one of my favorite ones!!!! I was so upset when I came home last night to find that FH ate it for dinner - I was gonna bring it for lunch today! Lol
