It's my LAST DAY AT WORK!!! yippeeeeeee!!!!!! ETA- they threw me a party!
today's my last day of work and then I'm off for 2 1/2 weeks yay!!!!!!! too bad I have a sh*tload of stuff to get done before 5, so I won't be on too much today!
ETA- soooooo my boss had scheduled a 'catch up' meeting w/ me for 12 noon today, which I was dreading all week thinking he'd give me some huge to do list before I'm out......well, to my surprise, I walk in the conference room, and our whole department was in there, with a gift for me, and a pizza party!!! It was so cute the card they gave me plays 'here comes the bride', I was joking around saying I should tell the organist to stay home and I'll just use the card for ceremony music well I don't know why but that just made it feel so much more real.......OMG I'm getting married in a WEEK!!

They threw you a PARTY?!?!?!?! I didn't get a fricken party! I didn't even get a good luck, have fun, congrats or nothing! And a gift?!?!?! What goes on!
BTW... me and Helen work together!
